Meet the Orange County Team Behind Penhallow Remodeling Orange County
When you hire a remodeling company, you’re not hiring a logo. You’re hiring the three or four people who will stand in your kitchen at 7 a.m., move your refrigerator, and cut into your walls. We’re a lean crew on purpose. Smaller teams mean fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, and the same person who measured your cabinets is the one installing them. Every member of our Orange County crew is background-checked, uniformed, and held to one standard: do the job the way you’d want it done in your own home.
Our People

Trevor Nash, Owner
Trevor Nash founded Penhallow Remodeling Orange County after spending years watching remodelers win bids with low numbers and then bury homeowners in change orders once the tile was pulled up. That bothered him enough to build a company around a different idea: a written price before any work starts, and no surprises after. He’s the one who walks your project first, asks about how you actually use your kitchen, and points out the things other contractors gloss over. He’s been known to talk a homeowner out of a trend that won’t age well, which is exactly what you want from the person signing off on your remodel.
Trevor writes every proposal himself and stands behind the 365-Day Done Right Promise on every job. If you call (424) 541-1701 to talk through a project, there’s a good chance he’s the one who picks up.
Marcus R., Lead Carpenter and Installer
Marcus has been setting cabinets and hanging drywall in Orange County homes for over twelve years, the last four with Penhallow. He’s the person most likely to be in your house on install day, and he treats a customer’s home the way he treats his own: drop cloths down, tools organized, and no mystery sawdust left behind. He’s certified in lead-safe work practices and handles the structural side of our kitchen remodels, from pulling old cabinetry to setting KraftMaid and Wellborn boxes within a hair of level.
Marcus grew up in Santa Ana and knows the quirks of older Orange County construction better than most. If your 1960s ranch has a wall that isn’t where the blueprints say it is, he’s seen it before and knows what to do about it.
Danielle K., Senior Installer and Finish Specialist
Danielle specializes in the work that shows: tile, trim, caulk lines, and the kind of finish details that make a bathroom look expensive or make it look rushed. She came up through finish carpentry and waterproofing, and she’s the person who makes sure the cement board substrate behind your shower tile is done right so you never see a crack or a water stain. Her work with Cambria and Silestone countertops is precise enough that seams disappear.
Outside of work, Danielle restores mid-century furniture, which is probably why her eye for clean lines translates so well into our kitchen and bath remodels. She’s been with Penhallow for three years and leads our bathroom remodels from demo to final caulk.
Elena S., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone, and she takes that role seriously. She’s a real person, not an answering service, and she answers calls at all hours, including the ones that come in at 10 p.m. when a homeowner realizes they have questions about their proposal. Elena schedules estimates, keeps project timelines moving between our crew and our suppliers, and makes sure every homeowner knows exactly when someone will show up and what to expect.
She’s been with the Kingswell family of companies for six years and joined Penhallow Orange County when we opened. If you call (424) 541-1701, Elena will answer, and she’ll know where your project stands without putting you on hold for ten minutes.
Jose T., Apprentice Installer
Jose is the newest member of the crew, working alongside Marcus and Danielle on installs across Orange County. He started with us as a helper and worked his way onto full installations, and he’s learning the trade the right way: watching, measuring twice, and asking questions before touching a saw. He handles the unglamorous but essential work like hauling, prep, and site cleanup, and he does it without complaint or shortcuts.
Jose grew up in Westminster and came to remodeling after working in a cabinet shop, so he understands materials from the manufacturing side. He’s the reason your job site is clean at the end of every day, a detail that matters more than most people realize.
Styles & brands we work with

One Standard, Every Job
The crew changes depending on your project size, but the standard doesn’t. Every person on our Orange County team works under the same rules: say the price before the work starts, show up in the window we gave, leave the place cleaner than we found it. That’s The Kingswell Way, and it’s been the operating standard since 2004. Penhallow Remodeling Orange County is part of that family of companies, and we’re independently owned and operated, which means we answer to our neighbors here, not to a corporate office in another state.
Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed on every job, whether it’s a two-day bathroom refresh or a four-month whole-home remodel. We pull permits, pass inspections, and put our guarantee in writing. If something fails inside the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s not a marketing line. It’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s written into every project we do in Orange County.
Frequently Asked Questions

You’ll know before the project starts. We introduce every crew member by name, and the same people who did your estimate are the people doing the work. No subcontracted strangers, no mystery crews, just the Penhallow Orange County team you’ve already met.
Yes. Every technician, installer, and coordinator on our team passes a background check before they ever step inside a home. We also require uniforms on every job, so you always know who belongs in your house. That’s standard operating practice for us, not an optional courtesy.
Call (424) 541-1701 and tell us what’s wrong. Under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, if the work fails inside the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge. If a repair fails, we return for a second visit free, no service call and no re-inspection fee. The guarantee is in writing on every project.
